The Samsung seeks to ban the disposal of the iPhone 4S

It spent only a few hours after the announcement of the iPhone 4S and Samsung already opened fire against Apple. The Korean company said it will file a lawsuit in France and Italy, seeking to ban the new iPhone.

The legislation in France and Italy enables sales ban even if a product is not released yet, hence the decision by Samsung to bring to justice those two countries. Obviously, when the iPhone 4S start appearing on local markets, Samsung will continue the dance of complaints.

The Koreans claim that the iPhone 4S violating two patents related to wireless communication.

Apparently, both companies are determined to reach the ends. A few days ago, Apple rejected a compromise proposal from Samsung to end the conflict in Australia. It's almost a given that every new release iPhone / iPad and Galaxy Tab / S will be accompanied by some lawsuits, if the two companies do not sit at the table to resolve their differences.

Italian town Filettino declares independence

The picturesque village Saute filetini in Italy, with 600 residents - 598 officially - is causing great frustration in Rome, and after he proclaimed Principality, and issued its own currency disavowing the euro. The rate of fiorito the euro is 1 to 72 cents. The medieval village between Rome and Pescara at an altitude of 1,063 meters.

It was the day after the Assumption of the mayor of the village of Luka Sellars announced his plan to declare again Saute filetini Principality. By 1600 it was already principality, as Italy was filled with kingdoms and dynasties before union of 1861. The decision was given to the mayor's announcement of the Italian government for mergers settlements with a population less than 1,000 residents.

The Saute filetini has its own currency, fiorito - roses - inspired by the florin, the currency of Florence in the 13th century. The currency of the vintage - for now - has been engraved onto the face of the mayor, who t is a simple man from the business world. However, some said that this inexpensive way to attract Sellars Lucca in the village of tourists and indeed almost sank Saute filetini both tourists and journalists.

"We need to pick up again the story," said Mr. Sellars in "Everyday Sunday", clarifying that the basis for the movements are purely economic and political.

"Italy is governed primarily by laws in force for a century. Can a country with such antiquated laws to go ahead? We therefore do not throw a firework, make a proposal to the Italian state! "Said Mrs. Mayor adds:" The Italian government for small places, villages with few inhabitants like Saute filetini , does absolutely nothing. "

Mr. Sellars insists that his proposal, even with the "mantle" of the principality, is a proposal that tries to unite Italy and not the split: "We never get out of Italy, to obtain an independent entity or this ... Under the current system we'm miserable series of poor, poorly villages and municipalities diagkonizomaste who gets most of the few crumbs of Rome. "

The mayor believes that Italy needs immediate "serious privatization": "Today in Italy there are hundreds of state enterprises, 80% of which are completely useless. These should be closed. Not tomorrow, today. And you know who work in them? Relatives, friends and''favors''our policies ".

Mr. Sellars is concerned about his country, as declared in the Daily Sunday: "We need reforms as soon as possible. If you do not move quickly, as Italy can be driven into bankruptcy by the end of the year ... We are much more difficult position than yours. We owe much, too much money. " As for the political system: "... Unfortunately it's like in football when a team goes well, you have to change players."

Track NASA’s Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite As It Falls Back To Earth

Everyone mark your calendar as NASA's Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite may crash back to earth at the end of this week. The exact date and time is still TBD, but early estimates suggest Friday will be the big day.

The U.S. space agency is now trying to confirm the point from which entered the atmosphere and the time it was done.

The satellite entered the Earth's atmosphere at a speed of 18,000 miles per hour. Is the size of a bus and spent the atmosphere dissolved in 26 parts each of which weighs about 140 pounds, as warned by NASA, but experts can identify the precise points of the crash.

The orbit changed from NASA deliberately to cause the crash, but now because of changing atmospheric conditions the satellite was developed at breakneck speed, and "runs" to 5 miles per second, much faster than expected, and scientists say there is 1 in 3,200 chance of endangering man from the wreckage and that most likely is to open a hole on Earth the same size as the golf course, as published by the Daily Mail.

The vessel has a length of 35 feet and weighs 6.5 tons. Into orbit in 1991 to study climate change, while the operation was suspended in 2005. The satellite will look like flaming meteors rain as soon as it entered the atmosphere would take fire. Expected to decay into more than 100 pieces, but will break up while they were in the air. Of these only the 26 is the most heavy metal, was expected to crash to Earth, including fuel tanks made of titanium.

The representative of NASA Steve Cole said: "Anyone found a piece of the satellite should stay away and immediately called the police to take the case. It may be too hot or too dangerous. It depends on the speed with debris, but can go at high speed so as to penetrate a home. We will wait to see if debris will create the crater. If you have a spherical shape is very likely, but if you have a more unusual shape it might not have so much speed. " Also, Mr. Cole added that more announcements will be made today and will be posted on the website of NASA.

Most of the satellite will burn up in the earth's atmosphere, but approximately 26 pieces may survive re-entry. Make sure you have your camera ready as this flaming wreckage will put on quite a show. And don't worry about being hit by the falling pieces like Lottie Williams. NASA estimates there's a 1 in 3200 chance that debris from UARS will hit someone.

To find out where the pieces of UARS will land, you can follow the Heavens Above at NASA's website or track the satellite using an online tracker like Heavens Above. [Discovery]
